One of our friendly Zeda team will come out to see you or a loved one and conduct a free, personalised assessment. During the assessment we will find out about the individual’s needs and the type of support they are looking for, be it medical, social or emotional.

Bespoke Care Planning

We will then craft a personalised care plan centred around the individual and precisely tailored to their unique needs. Our care plans are designed digitally and we provide access to all key stakeholders, meaning that as a family member or loved one, you can have insight into the care delivery, visits and notes relating to your loved one, and in real time.

Delivery & Ongoing Support

We will put our carefully designed plan into action, enlisting healthcare professionals, caregivers, and a range of services to begin our care delivery.

With our wide network of caregivers across the UK, we can commence a care package with as little as 24 hours notice, for more complex scenarios this can take up to 2 weeks.
